Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed on the Skin & Roots website are typically shipped within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of purchase. We partner with trusted third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to ensure safe and timely delivery of all products. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status. Our Logistic Partner will be solely responsible for the shipping and delivery of products until they are successfully handed over to you.

A nominal handling or shipping charge may apply to all orders and will be displayed at checkout. The Logistic Partner is authorized to collect payment on our behalf for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. You acknowledge that while we strive to deliver across India, certain areas may be deemed unserviceable based on our Logistic Partner’s network and operational constraints. In such cases, Skin & Roots reserves the right to cancel or modify orders.

Shipping fees may vary based on factors such as product value, delivery location, and payment method. If shipping charges apply, they are non-refundable unless a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (verified and accepted by us) is delivered. Once a product is handed over to you, title and risk pass to the customer.

For delivery, we may collect essential information such as your name, address, contact details, and nearby landmarks to ensure accurate dispatch. You are responsible for providing complete and correct details at the time of placing the order. Skin & Roots will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

To enhance security, orders will be delivered using a One-Time Password (OTP) verification system. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and/or email once your order is out for delivery. The delivery partner will request the OTP during delivery, and the order will be completed only after successful OTP confirmation. Please do not share the OTP over the phone or with anyone claiming to be from Skin & Roots unless the delivery agent is physically present with your package.

Our Logistic Partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times within 48–72 hours. If you remain unavailable or unreachable after three attempts, Skin & Roots reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the product will be returned to our warehouse, and any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be deducted before processing a refund (if applicable).

While we make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeline, certain delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you via email or SMS, but Skin & Roots shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such delays.

Reverse pickups or product returns are subject to the pin code serviceability of our Logistic Partner. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product through a reliable courier service. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth experience.

We collaborate only with reputed logistics providers who maintain professional conduct and operational integrity. However, Skin & Roots shall not be held responsible for any actions, omissions, or service deficiencies of delivery personnel, including delays, misdeliveries, or package tampering.
